Services
Three ways to work with me. Most clients start with a project and move to a retainer once they realise how much there is.
Best for
Businesses that need marketing to just be handled, consistently, without hiring someone in house.
I become your marketing manager. Strategy, planning, execution and reporting, across whatever mix of channels your business actually needs, adjusted as it changes.
Minimum engagement. Most retainers sit above this depending on scope.
Best for
A launch, a website, a rebrand, a funnel, a campaign with a start and an end.
Scoped and quoted up front against a defined outcome. Usually staged with a deposit and milestone payments, so you're never paying for work you haven't seen.
Priced on scope and outcome, not hours.
Best for
Ad hoc support, second opinions, and businesses that already have someone in house but need more hands or a more experienced head.
Implementation. Content, design, campaigns, builds, the doing.
$110 / hourStrategy. Planning, audits, positioning, funnel and channel strategy, advisory.
Capabilities
Not every business needs all of it. Part of my job is telling you which parts you don't need yet.
Where the business is, where it's stuck, and what to do first. Quarterly plans you can actually follow.
Surveys, customer interviews and written reports, so decisions are made on what your market actually said rather than what everyone assumes.
Websites, emails, ads, long form, brand voice. This is where I started, and it still underpins everything else.
Strategy, content, design, scheduling and community. Organic and paid.
Lists, segmentation, sequences and campaigns. Usually the fastest revenue available to a business that has been ignoring it.
Landing pages, offers, nurture and conversion. Audited in order of impact rather than redesigned for the sake of it.
Built, launched, and actually maintained afterwards.
Social, print, decks, collateral and brand systems.
On location, shot for social and web rather than for a gallery wall.
Sourcing, briefing, managing and measuring.
Menus, signage, flyers and internal comms.
Beyond me
I keep a bench of freelancers I work with regularly. Designers, developers, admin, strategists. When a job is too big or too technical for one person, I bring them in, brief them and manage them.
You get one point of contact and one invoice, and the work usually lands well under what the same roles would cost hired locally.
Get started
Tell me where your business is at and what's not happening. I'll come back with an honest read on what I'd do first and what it would cost. No pitch deck, no discovery call funnel.
